Paige's Presents

Little baby Paige received alot of gifts this weekend. She is one lucky little girl already. Auntie Amy sent a bunch of adorable little outfits, my favorite is the onesie with a giraffe on it that says "high maintenance", lol. Auntie Brooke sent a precious little pink and white striped Ralph Lauren dress with matching undies and hats and Grandma Grayson got Paige a pretty princess frame and little white and pink piggy bank, oh and she also bought her a brand new white beautiful crib to sleep in. 22 week baby bump

So much has changed

Well, so much has changed in such a short period of time. At our 20 week sonogram we found out that the tech at the 16 week gender scan mistook the umbilical cord for the male part and that we are actually having a little girl, not a boy. Rich was pretty shocked since he had been thinking about teaching his son football, softball, and guitar so it took a couple days for it to sink in. Now he gets to live with 4 girls, me, Mimi, Gidgy, and baby Paige Morgan. We also had the nursery done in boy colors with a sailboat theme that we repainted in pink. I've also been having fun buying pink clothes. In addition to our shocking gender news we also found out our little girl will be born with club feet and will most likely have to wear casts and or braces for the first few months of her life. At first we were devestated, sad and petrified but after getting a level 2 ultrasound with a specialist we found out that she is definitely a girl, she definitely has club feet, but she definitely does not have a brain or heart defect causing the club feet. She is 100% normal in every other part of her body and the club feet will be 100% correctable. So we were relieved after seeing the specialist and we know how blessed we are that everything is going to be just fine.

Week 19

Here is the baby bump at 19 weeks, I AM HUGE! The weight seems to want to go everywhere in addition to my belly. But it's all worth it for Davis, plus I have no doubt that I will lose every ounce of the baby weight after the birth.

Gift

Davis received his first piece of mail the other day. It was from his Aunt Amy. She mailed him the cutest little onesie with his horoscope sign. It says "Leo July 24-August 23 I'm loyal and a trendsetter i will be famous love attention ambitious, proud, honest"

Diaper bag

I bought my Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bag. I absolutely love it.

We're on Team Blue

So we had a 16 week ultrasound and they told us we are having a boy. Davis Matthew is on his way. Turns out Madame Zaritska's reading for us was correct so far. Even though she had a 50/50 chance of getting it right so I guess it's not all that impressive.
